Ran this one around Briones Reservoir, typical long run for me, with some nice ups and downs thrown in for good measure. First five or so were a little tough, but then got into a groove and was able to pound out the other eleven miles with a good effort. Brought my camelback for water and as per usual had a lot left over. Ate two egels and 1 Cliff blok package. No injuries. Great view of Briones and San Pablo Reservoir and a nice peek over at the bay.
First run the next week was sloooow, legs felt heavy, backside of left knee felt a little tweaked, but it then went away throughout the week.

Elevation for route, marathon will be 2500' gain for 13.1, then decent for 13.1.

Route, around reservoir, and a little more to get 16.
