Taper! I still love the fact that I can knock out this run, from bottom of Romero Canyon Road fire road to the top of Camino Cielo. 2200' climb. Woohoo. I'm so lucky and appreciative that my family allows me time on the precious weekends to do my long runs, love ya guys!
